WHAT WE DO

After acquiring a property we evaluate the structural design options. We look at each property as its own entity and take into consideration the neighborhood it is located in. Some homes need very little, just paint and flooring. However, the older homes that our construction crews work on typically need some level of renovation.

EXPERT DESIGNERS

Our general goal in most renovations is to open the home up giving it a more modern “open floor plan”. Kitchens and Bathrooms sell homes. We are expert designers and understand how to put together finishes like flooring, cabinetry, and tile to make any home look like a million dollar listing.

BUDGET & SCHEDULING PROS

We are extremely good at time management, and even better at budget control. We have found that making design decisions early in the process allows for cost effective budget controll and frees up the construction crew to move forward in a linear fashion making time management an easily trackable process.
